Can you do special works?

Can you do pastels, charcoal or pencil work?
No, our artists specialize in oil works only. Our main idea is to give average people the opportunity to own exclusive oil portraits that are usually considered the luxury of rich people.

Can you paint in different kinds of styles such as old masters portraits?
Yes. These orders should be ordered through our ordering form as “normal portrait” and mention in the "special instructions" text box, that you would like an old masters portrait. Please also send us a sample of the desired artwork that will present the person in it.

How long will it take you to complete the portrait?
In most of the cases the portrait is ready after 2 weeks. Sometimes because of heavy workloads it takes a few days more. In that case the customer will be notified about the delay by e-mail.

How long does it take from the moment I order the portrait to the moment I get it?
This time period can change if changes were requested. Usually the portrait is ready after 2 weeks and drying process plus shipping takes another week. If no changes requested it will take about 3 weeks. Changes will usually take 3-5 more days.

Do you charge extras for half body, full body or background from the photo?
No. We offer the same price for head and shoulders, half body, full body, studio background and your background. This reduces the price you pay significantly.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes. We have a 10% discount for a memorial portrait and a 10% discount for a wedding portrait. We also offer a 20% discount for returning customers and allow multiple discounts. For more information, see our discounts page .

What is the difference between a $200 portrait and a $3,000 portrait?
In most of the cases the price goes up because of the artist’s reputation. Basically, there is no difference in quality between our portraits and other high quality portraits that are sold for much higher prices.

Yes.

Do you use an express service?
Yes, we use “FedEx”, a fast, safe and reliable service.

Do you offer an online tracking number for tracking my portrait?
Yes. When we send out the portrait we will notify you about it by e-mail and also send you the tracking number.

Do I need to pay customs charges?
Note that in some countries there is a need for paying customs taxes for products you receive from other countries. The rules for that are different from one country to another. At the current time there is no duty on shipments to United States .

Can you send my order to a P.O. Box?
Yes we can, but only with a regular mail because express companies require a physical address for their door to door deliveries.

How do you pack my portrait?
The portrait is carefully rolled inside a hard plastic tube and sent in the most safe way, with a reliable service

Because the art of framing requires having the art work and the frame together, in order to find the right composition, we do not offer you the option to frame your portrait with us.
